Ron D. Martinek

    Ron D. Martinek graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice in 1981. In 1986, he graduated, with honors, from Washburn University School of Law. Mr. Martinek is admitted to practice in the state courts of Kansas and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. His practice focuses primarily on insurance defense litigation and employment law.

    After law school, he was a prosecutor in the Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office. He went into private practice in 1987.

    He is a member of the Topeka Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, Kansas Association of Defense Counsel and Defense Research Institute.
