Timothy Shultz, born in Dodge City, Kansas,
March 4, 1967, graduated from Washburn University of Topeka with a Bachelor
of Arts degree with a double major in History and Political Science, and a
minor in English Literature. While at Washburn University of Topeka, he
was inducted into the honorary History society, and was named an All American
Scholar. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University
School of Law in 1993, and was admitted to the Kansas bar in the same year.
In addition to being admitted to practice in the state courts
of Kansas and Nebraska,
he is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for Kansas, Nebraska
and the Western District of Missouri; and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Shultz practiced law in Dodge
City, Kansas, upon graduation
from law school, then practiced in Manhattan, Kansas; and for the past several years in Topeka. His
practice includes employment and civil rights law; construction law;
insurance defense; corporate law; and litigation.
He is a member of the Topeka Bar Association, Kansas
Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar
Association.
